I guess this consortium of hotels is not too worried about PCLN's lawsuit against microsoft - the attempt to defend their "patented" bidding system. I suppose they are reading the legal press, which indicates there is just too much prior art out there for pcln to build much of a case. I have often wondered, as I have posted here in the past, what the airlines and hotels need pcln for anyway, other than their stock warrants. They could set up a website in two days to do this.
