I concur totally. PCLN has had to bribe its suppliers with huge warrant positions - hardly representative of a unique value-added business model.

I guess the real reason for these suppliers agreeing to these arrangements was because of the huge upside potential of these warrants - an upside far greater than if these same companies just decided to set up their own online distribution capability.

Proof of the value of hype.
