Exactly, Brian. You hit the nail on the head. The article said that the DOJ is "looking into" whether the merger will have an anticompetitive effect. It's like, no sht, Sherlock! That's what they do with all the filings they receive! They fcking read them, and "look into" whether there's a potential anticompetitive effect! Did the author think that normally they just make paper airplanes out of them? Geez, Bloomberg really looks like crap after that article. Must not be much journalistic talent out there to choose from...
