Some further info. from IR @ Pairgain: Earnings release date is April 13 after the bell. Proxies will be mailed to shareholders in early to mid May. A Q&A will posted on the company website at that time. The ADCT transaction is expected to close in late July. Sure looks smells and feels like ADCT/PAIR is moving forward as planned. Could it be possible that PAIR shares just represent a good, possibly "great" value? Larry
