What a great day!! Hey guys, The Special Shareholders' Meeting began this morning at 10 am. We quickly - and unanimously - voted in favor of all three motions, and dispensed with the business part of the meeting. Thereafter, we got a slideshow outlining how Net Shepherd and its AppCos. work together to form a very impressive group of companies, including a demonstration of the technologies each of the AppCos developed, employ and market. Most certainly, the highlight of the meeting was an hour spent with Jan Baan. A truly wonderful speaker! He is an engaging, compelling, down-to-earth man who will bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and respect to the new Net Shepherd. I hate to gush about the guy, but he was a treat to listen to. He was explicative yet humourous, and he truly had the audience captivated. My guess? We should not have to wait long to see the share price appreciate in response to what Net Shepherd became as of 10.30 this morning. Denise. PS. Last night about 10-12 of us met as a result of invitations on SI and Stockhouse and had a great time! Missed all who couldn't attend :)
