Technologic Names Investors' Choice at
Network Outlook
SAN FRANCISCO -- Technologic Partners
named ten networking equipment companies
as "most likely to succeed" among 90
privately financed firms presenting at this
week's Network Outlook conference here. The
Investors' Choice awards were determined by
audience balloting and recommendations of a
panel of technology investors and a securities
analyst, including Neal Dempsey, a general
partner at Bay Partners, David W. Hanna,
chairman of Hanna Capital Management,
Bruce Sachs, general partner at Charles River
Ventures, and Timothy P. Savageaux, a
research analyst at W.R. Hambrecht & Co.
The Investors' Choice winners, in alphabetical
order, were Broadband Access Systems,
CopperCom, Corvis, CoSine Communications,
Equinix, JetStream Communications, Mayan
Networks, Tachion Networks, Taqua Systems,
and Zaffire.
