Here are three emails I have gotten from Richard in the last couple of weeks:

The problem with the Dade County Building Department is that they say
yes,
yes, yes and do nothing, profit perhouse is an easy $15,000 but I can't
depend on them, obviously. Conquistador Plaza, Granada Grand, and
Eagle
Trace have nothing to do with Dade County Building dept. and are doing
fine
and on schedule.
I will build when get building permits, but the number of houses is the
problem and therefore can not be projected or predicted anymore.

Dear Mr. Stout:
I have looked at the possible idea of a reverse split. I thought the
stock
price would be higher than 20 cents after attaining fully reporting
status.
I see that the share price has to be higher to become part of an
exchange,
no matter the net worth of the corporation and the EPS would be better
with
less shares outstanding.

Dear Mr. Stout:
In reference to you questions15,500 total shares outstanding. We are
building houses as we receive the building permits. We will definitely
not
succeed in building 100 single family homes because Dade County bulding
department will not issue the permits. We will build houses on the
land
that we own as the building permits for the are released. I have
personally met with every beaucrat including the Mayor Pinellas of Dade
County 2 weeks ago and we get affirmative answers, but no building
permits.
Granada Grand and Conquistador Plaza fall in the Miami Builidng
Department
and they are progressing along fine as is the Eagle Trace subdivision
in
Vero Beach.
