SPO=Secondary public offering. They are selling more shares to the public this week. I think it gets priced Thursday and sold on Friday for trading. Very bummed that the stock is getting clobbered, but other than feeling that Market Markers are forcing it down so they can get the shares cheaper from the secondary offering (just a feeling of mine, no proof), I really don't know why it's getting bashed. I wish I knew.
