Yes I see that too, I was saying if the China came back in the picture that maybe QCOM would get going, while China is a little more clear it is still hazy, maybe once that picture become focus, QCOM will have a fighting chance to break out. QCOM certainly has based enough to do so. If I wanted to be buyer I would start to think about it right about now since the market has sold off already, we have had the Fed meeting and earning season is coming, the pressure seems to be remove. A real tell will be the reaction to the news on the reg. to sell that came out. If it's muted, I for sure would be a buyer for a short term trade, maybe longer.
