I think PAIR's stock price action is normal for a stock swap deal. Until the buyout has the approval of shareholders from both companies and a date is announced for the stock swap, I think we're going to see this spread in price. Once a date is announced, I think we'll see PAIR's stock price very close to .43 X ADCT's price.
