I note in Harry Ledbetter's past experience that he has listed the T. L. Group in Fort Worth. In doing a search I find that T L Group has had some disciplinary experience with the NASDR. Indeed the NASDR's record on T.L. Group, CRD# 22097, shows: NASD Broker Dealer Suspended 06/11/1998
So that means that three of the companies Harry Ledbetter worked at are no longer registered to be broker dealers. (TL Group, TL Smith, and VF Minton) Is this just a string of bad luck you think?

PS: This is quite some list of companies that they are on too. I recognize some of them from reading articles in BusinessWEEK about The Mob on Wall Street.
