Here is a case that links T.L Group to Stone Asset Management.

In August 1995, Ruge took over the leadership of the IIGR manipulation scheme from Wolff. Ruge continued to pay bribes to the Symons Financial brokers through Wolff and, in addition, paid bribes to Stone for sales of IIGR stock to Stone's retail customers. At that time, Stone was operating Stone Asset Management, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, as a branch operation of T.L. Group, Ltd., a registered broker-dealer.

The interesting thing to me is the involvement in this citation of a Richard Wolff. Having looked into PABN, it is interesting that there is a Wolff Investment Group involved with one of PABN's divisions. Possibly a connection? Also of note further down is the mention of John Fasano who has been linked in NV with AZNT. But these are two entirely different tales not really relevant here.

Btw, I note that the NASD lists T.L. Group as Inc. But then they refer to them as Ltd. in this litigation release. I think this must have been a typo in the litigation release. T.L. Group Inc. is the only T.L. Group registered as a broker-dealer in their database.
