I saw the Citizen report. I also read the private placement details. Correct me if I'm wrong..

buy 1 million warrants you get 1 million shares + the right to purchase 500,000 more shares at $2 bucks or less. (And you get 15 months to decide on the 500,000 shares).

so... assuming $2 is the lesser.

U buy 1 million warrants for 1 million dollars + u buy 500,000 more shares at $2per, that is another $mil so a total of $2mil for 1,500,000 shares valued at $2.17ea today or $3,255,000 .

If i have read this correctly then i understand why demand exceeds supply. I guess you have to give to get.
