I'm aware of that and you're probably right. But, as the #1 visited health site on the web, I could see another bid for more money. They offer was pretty much on the cheap to begin with. BTW, I still think HLTH will ultimately make all of this work and be a big success but I think ONHN mgt. has a duty to ask for more money and look for alternatives. I've had some experience with this and I wouldn't be surprised if their were collars on the merger ratios that have been violated.
