Newbie here has a question.....

What prevents Stamford from selling its stake in
Nanovation at any time - thus leaving STSZF holders
adrift relative to Nanovation ? Does the Canadian court
ruling effectively lock-up Stamford's Nanovation stake,
even from possible future creditors for example ?
