Richard, et al - Accept that we are holding onto a thread of Blind Faith. That's all we have. I'm not saying it will ultimately be good or bad (profitable or not). We can conjecture all we want - but, we have no factual data to go on. The fact that WINCOM started with a great idea is not relevant now, because many companies start out with great ideas, but falter for a multitude of reasons. Start-up companies are risky. If this works out, we could have a great return, if not, we have a good chance of losing everything we put in.

As I've mentioned in past posts, the short selling storyline doesn't make sense to me. It's not affecting this stock now.

We're all very tired of the lack of information. To me, it seems very strange that there is no news on the Ameritech trials, etc. We have our money invested, so the natural greed/fear elements come in here. If we try to remain objective, the most I can offer to allay our (negative) suspicions is that perhaps management is being super careful not to disclose anything during the "quiet period" (what is it, how long will it last? we don't know either) that could mess things up in the long run. Soothing words are nice and help, but anything short of factual news is not meaningful to an investor.

I don't know how the 20/20 segment relates to this situation. My guess is that this is NOT some elaborate scam for NASDAQ listing and sell-out. It's been going on too long - it wouldn't be worth it.

While we are blind to what's going on inside WINCOM, we can see that other companies are moving forward with products and services in this same arena. How this may be impacting WINCOM (if at all) is subject to speculation.

Since it's Saturday morning, let's try to have a good weekend. Since we don't have news (good or bad) to go on, we tend to let the Fear element take over (because the stock is down) and start churning out scenarios consistent with it. I'm going to try an experiment this weekend: I'm going to try and imagine the good things that could be happening right now, and at the end of the weekend, see how I feel about WINCOM (I don't think I have anything to lose). At the end of the weekend, I'm going to try to objectively look at the present situation (lack of news, stock falling) and see if it could be consistent with any positive scenarios I generate.

At any rate, have a good weekend, at thanks for reading a chatty Saturday morning ramble.

Rob
