Hi all -My initial reaction of the formation of Bluevector is very favorable based on the following reasonable 1) WHIT is entering into the white hot venture space; 2) essentially, she is spinning out her investment to Bluevector and implicitly suggests she is going to focus on her core competency; 3) Bluevector is run by seasoned investment bankers from CSFB, who is good reputation in this new economy sectors; 4) 50% stake is a decent cut; and 5) the strategic values of being the preferred vendor should further solidify WHIT's dominance in the service space
