Unfortunately, I doubt it. Dale has pissed-off Wall Street with this merger. If the merger goes down, they'll have to ask: "Well, what's your plan for the future now?"

I thing you're right. The stock will likely come back somewhat, at least to the extent CORL has dragged it down, but when the deal falls apart (and I now think it not unlikely to do so) stockholders will feel the company is devoid of leadership. Personally, I liked Dale, but after a miscue like this I just don't know if there is any coming back.
