If you mean another company making an offer on Inprise, what sort of a price do you think we would get with the stock so depressed right now? I had been hoping for another company to make an offer before but with the way the stock has plummeted, I think the only way out now is for:

1. The acquisition to be called off

2. Inprise will have to work its stock price back up by itself.

Unfortunaely, I think the second step will take a long time. Why would any new potential shareholders have any confidence in Fuller and the current Board of Directors after they have made this terrible deal with Corel?
