Lawsuits are a part of any business and as you well know lawsuits are not all with equal merit. ESIO has sued GSLI before and won, but now the PTO is investigating the patent at issue.

Let's not make any assumptions regarding the merits of this particular suit.

Anyway, the drilling application at issue is a tiny percentage of GSLI's business.
