Two bright spots are that GSLI may finally get some serious sponsorship (look at the underwriters--CIBC, H&Q). Also, since none of the shares are being offered by insiders, all the funds will go to the company. And since the company is profitable and doesn't need to fund current operations, this can only imply serious investment in their new fiber optics division. We're still waiting on the sale of low-margin business. Between the sale and this offering, they should have plenty of cash to build their new business. Or maybe they couldn't wait.
