Dear Jatin: I am afraid you are correct. The sudden and unexpected failure to meet and in fact likely to substantially fall below estimates after the hype will in fact result in a massive class action lawsuit. If there were large insider sales during the runup you can be sure that too will aid the case. SCOC was being dumped on all last night and this morning on CNBC. Would not surprise me to see it go to 7. In any event, I suspect this will be dead money for some time. Best hope now for the shareholders to realize anything would be a sale of the company, assuming there would be any interested buyers. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable than I in this area might wish to discuss. JDN
