OLDTRADER< RE: I am registered and sanctified to be a mutual fund mgr -but dislike them so much I probably will not go that route-maybe I'll mellow and start one. JMHO, but for a money manager, running a mutual fund is a major pain, particularly from an operational standpoint. Running a hedge fund is a heck of a lot easier, if that option is available to you. I don't have to be registered with anybody--there are no regulatory obligations at all. It is very nice not having to deal with the SEC any more.
