Dear Babette: To be honest, I have forgotten now just exactly what Tice said originally. However, I know it is extremely difficult to prove malicious intent. Given that he is an analyst and entitled to publicly state his opinion I suspect it would be even harder. So, I wouldnt count on him being punished directly but his reputation may come under attack, depending upon the media and how they handle it. If it could be shown he was short at the time, I would think the Media COULD have a field day with him if they wished. JDN
