Dubai Bars 'Business' Beggars A sign of the times when 'begging' is more profitable than getting a job .. We've had a 'group' .. at least five people .. working the exit 17 off-ramp from rte 95, near where I live .. They 'work' about a 3 hour shift and have been here for almost two years .. the local police can't do anything about it either as they are on 'state property' .. They have been offered various social services and have refused .. so apparently they don't 'need' the help .. Jim in CT .. will work for food ..
