Lookie-Loo's are personally responsible for their errors. You cannot blame anyone but the negligent auto driver. Driving is wrought with distractions. Mature drivers know to keep their Eyes on the Road. Negligent drivers who cause collisions due to 'distraction' are responsible for damages when they fail to drive attentively.
