To Anyone, What will the Spin-Off of Active RMS into a new business unit mean to present shareholders? Will shares of Retailport.com be distributed to the current TREY shareholders or will TREY hold a majority share of the new business unit? I was hoping that the PR would give some detail regarding the shares in Retailport.com, but it didn't. TIA for any thoughts. Scoob
