Yes...but beware they're on their fallback system. The significance here is that the fallback system is not linked to the production system. If you place a trade on the fallback system and then they bring up the production system prior to your receiving a confirmation, you may not see any confirmation on the production system quite literally for several hours as they have to run a routine to synchronize the two systems. So stuff like legging into spreads is a no-no today given they may switch back to production at any time.
