No, what it really says is NOK "I can't understand CDMA, so I'm going to try to get everyone to go with my brand of WCDMA, since it is the only one I can comprehend, besides it buys me another 3 years in the market as my engineers have told me that they promise to be done in another 3 years with the chip". Mot as usual is playing both sides aginst the middle, which is how they got burned in CDMA in the first place. Remember all the GMs who got the boot about 2 years ago for not getting CDMA right?
