re: MSFT - highly doubt MSFT is settling. What is helping the stock? Gee Teflon, don't you think a little bit of a run in MSFT is loooooooooooooooong overdue???!!! Christ, there's been practically non-stop good news coming out of MSFT, Win2000 is doing terrific, and the stock is bargain basement cheap compared to other stocks! What more do you want? LOL! I think people are finally waking up to the reality that MSFT is a terrific investment. But seriously, settling this is doubtful at this point. The DOJ wants too much. Sorry, but would you negotiate how you should be executed - hanging, shooting or stabbing? I don't think MSFT can give the DOJ what they want. At least that's my take. And MSFT is a great buy regardless of any other factor, IMO. Morgan
