Believe me, I completely agree on the fundamentals of MSFT being a terrific investment, but I'm telling you I'm hearing rumors of a settlement possibly being reached in the near term. Mind you, they're just rumors, but I still can't help but wonder... Besides, regardless as to whether is loooooooong overdue--as we both agree it is, until this litigation is removed from the landscape the stock, IMHO, won't really run. If these rumors are indeed true, this could be the catalyst the stocks' been waiting for. Teflon
