Well, the Chairman of our stupid BOD is a college sweetheart professor - at least it now explains why INPR got eaten alive by a real life dealer like Cowpland.

The deal is now clearly recognizably extraordinarily stupid to individual investors, financial institutions and news media alike (except for Fuller and the BOD who have been and still are asleep in their wet dreams). The momentum to call off the deal is here. Therefore, I am wondering how would the deal gets called off.

I very much doubt someone else is interested to buy INPR. If there is one it should have come on the scene by now.

I also doubt Fuller and the BOD will take on Cowpland regarding the payment of the 30 million breakup fee. INPR has the biggest corporate idiots.

I don't know if FULLER and the BOD would resign after the breakup. I tend to think that the stock price (post-breakup) would likely quickly recover to the pre-merger level initially and then it will take care of itself when the company returns to profitability with new products.
