More info. needed? How does Superior P. get 2 mil dollars out of this deal? Does anyone know if Superior P. is a profitable company? What ACSI revenues and losses (dollar amounts) last term, last year? Does ACSI have much debt? How many shares are issued? Will there only be 1 mil. shares issued for Superior P. Will Superior P. bring debt into the merger? Does anyone know anything about the management of these companies? How many shares are held by insiders? Will the shares issued for Superior P. be restricted for any time period? Anyone have more specifics on their business plan? Anyone have more specifics on their products? What's the market for their products? Pardon my skepticism, but I have to wonder who is going to profit from such a merger. Many of these questions should be answered before decisions are made.
