Thanks for your response, from study of the markets I noticed that the more market participants are using an indicator to predict market moves the more misleading this indicator is. I noticed that high IV is a predictor of anticipated moves in stocks and indexes and it more reliable than just the VIX which relates more to relative pricing and represents equity and index option, at a time that equity option are more useful in predicting stock moves.
