I am not sure that is true. Maybe it is since RMBS will require a whole new tester and of course handler. But COHU makes the handler regardless of whether it is DRAM or RDRAM.

TER is probably a good pure play on RMBS on the semi equipment side, but it is too expensive for my taste.
