It will end when money is tight enough (interest rates high enough) to signifcantly slow down economic activity and make the loons not want to speculate anymore. At some level of borrowing costs, leverage will stop looking and feeling good and the income streams from employment growth etc... will slow, stop, or reverse. It's all in Greenjeans hands and he's made a mess of it so far.
