I had noticed that the stock was under selling pressure, but did not know from where, at least that is cleared up now.

So PCCW finished dumping their 8% share of the company, it will be interesting to see how the stock performs now that the selling is done.

I believe there is some kind of meeting tomorrow, if a press release comes out with these companies linked in with CTEL we might see some buying interest, JMHO.

City Tel , 3Com, Cisco, HP, Nortel team up

HONG KONG, March 21 (Reuters) - City Telecom (HK) Ltd unit Hong Kong Broadband Network Ltd said on Tuesday it
formed strategic partnership with 3Com Corp (NasdaqNM:COMS - news), Cisco Systems Inc (NasdaqNM:CSCO - news),
Hewlett-Packard Co (NYSE:HWP - news) and Nortel Networks Corp (NYSE:NT - news).

The Hong Kong telecommunications firm said in a statement it would announce the partnership at a news conference on Thursday.

It gave no further details.
