Since I am not a patent attorney (maybe someday) any comment on this question would be without expertise.... other than to say, it raises more questions than it answers, and in the short run at least, clouds rather than enlightens the S1 story. I could continue along that vein in other areas in regard to my own sense of their world at the moment...but that might be considered as speculative as saying, generally speaking, their marketplace has changed in the last few months and in ways I would not have imagined last year...certainly not at the speed at which such change has developed. May they bring light where it is needed, if indeed it is needed at all. Regards J
