Globalstar Americas Signs Distribution Agreement With CellStar
Globalstar satellite communications licensee that will serve the seven countries of Central America: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama. CellStar also plans to provide an activation data interface to track the growth of subscribers in the region.

Along with Globalstar Canada, CellStar has signed distribution agreements in the last six months with Globalstar founding service providers that are licensed to serve customers in the United States and the seven countries of Central America. The Company is actively pursuing similar agreements with Globalstar service providers in other major international markets.

CELLSTAR SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH GLOBALSTAR DE MEXICO TO EXTEND REACH TO MEXICO
CellStar's subsidiary in Mexico, Celular Express, has joined the Globalstar regional distribution network.
. CellStar will also provide an activation data interface to track the growth of subscribers in the region. CellStar is already licensed to serve Globalstar customers in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Central America and most of South America.
CellStar's subsidiary in Mexico, Celular Express, will be able to market Globalstar to both its existing and potential customers in the region. Celular Express' customers will be able to add to their cellular lines Globalstar capabilities so that they will be able to place and receive telephone calls from virtually every populated area of the world.
"We welcome Celular Express to our national and world wide distribution network," said Lauro Gonzalez, chief executive officer of Globalstar de Mexico. "This commercial agreement significantly expands our reach and presence throughout the country to a larger number of users."
