CELLSTAR SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH GLOBALSTAR DE MEXICO TO EXTEND REACH TO MEXICO CellStar's subsidiary in Mexico, Celular Express, has joined the Globalstar regional distribution network. . CellStar will also provide an activation data interface to track the growth of subscribers in the region. CellStar is already licensed to serve Globalstar customers in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Central America and most of South America. CellStar's subsidiary in Mexico, Celular Express, will be able to market Globalstar to both its existing and potential customers in the region.
