Joel, Still digging for info-bones. All you can see now is my virtual tail wagging from the hole as the virtual dirt piles on the virtual ground . . . I have come across some indications that the configurability of this data cache might in some way be patentable. Even so, I still don't like this. CORI's wins are being overhyped a bit. The CORI C win, for example, is only on the "citidirect" (I think; you know, the old site) site, not the citifi site. S1 doesn't need to do this, and I worry that it will backfire. Another possible prior artist is IBM, which did a custom solution of this type around then. Back to hedging on the next decent spike. Cheers, Tuck
