You are a very infantile person in your obsession with excrement and farts. Are you having trouble becoming toilet trained? Are you having trouble with your profession? Obsession with real estate is a symptom of anal compulsion. Freud pointed out the identification of dirt with excrement, and apparently you made it your career. Try to relax and remember that decorum especially in your part of the world requires among gentlemen some moderation of your language. It is obvious that you are no gentleman, but you ought to try to conceal your plebian origins by learning to talk and write decently.
