Tommy-

Yes, there have been some new developments in RFR. I spoke w/ the Pres. yesterday for over an hour. They are currently in a court fight w/ the Taku and other Native Indian tribes over the validity of their SUP, Permit. The final day of del. it today and RFR is expecting some positive comments from the proceedings.

Although the judge will not have a final ruling for 3-6 months, RFR feels positive about the trial up to this point.

In regards to their Tul. project. They are going to start drilling in the near term, planning on expanding their current assets by aqu. and J.V's. Their Tul. project is getting a lot of attention from investors, but until the markets turn in our favor, we will stay between .4 and .85

I am planning a trip up there this summer- maybe we can meet up for some fishing and business.

Hope all is well w/ you. I will post any info regarding the trial as I rec. it.

Regards,

ZM
