On or about May 2nd................................... 10kwizard.com The Separation. The separation is scheduled to occur on or around May 2, 2000. On or before the separation date, C-Cube Microsystems and Semiconductor will sign the general assignment and assumption agreement which provides for the transfer to Semiconductor (or companies to be owned by Semiconductor) of assets and liabilities from C-Cube Microsystems, effective on the separation date. C-Cube Microsystems will deliver additional agreements governing various interim and ongoing relationships between C-Cube Microsystems and us following the separation date.
