Regarding the relationship between ADCT and RBAK - According to a US Bancorp Piper Jaffrey report that issues a Strong Buy on RBAK dated 1/27/2000, it is stated that the CEO and President of Siara (which is being acquired by RBAK) Vivek Ragavan is a former Senior VP of ADCT. Perhaps this relationship lead to the ADCT/RBAK partnership. I wonder if RBAK is thinking of acquiring ADCT because their stock is red hot and ADCT is still relatively cheap. It appears to me to be a real good fit and the PAIR assets could be leveraged to the hilt.
