Hey S-D,

Nobody, who held their shares, has lost anything. Especially if they acquired their positions several months ago. And, now that Tirex has clearly stated that it's going to kick tush and take names about it, anyone who did something silly can buy back in for the cost of commissions. Today's price is only a symptom of the marketplace, the truse value of the company hasn't changed a bit (unless it's for the better technically, and some bad PR is still PR if things work out as expected).

If transactional costs are a problem - they certainly didn't belong here to begin with. No harm - no foul.

It's the MOMO and day-traders ( and some insiders to the goofy suit - woe be to them ) that are fiddling the numbers for right now. When the Chinese are finished, and some sales numbers are PR'd everyone will be happy as a clam I imagine.

Today's numbers a quite a buying-op (IMHO), and, putting $ into speech-port, I traded off one I really would have preferred holding to glom some more TXMC today.

The Saturday news release of the "...bogus..." lawsuit should have been a major clue that something was goofy.

In addition, this an NASD otcbb stock (...until next month, yuk yuk yuk...), so the NASDAQ really isn't the quardian at this juncture, I don't believe.

You need to be careful about screaming for "...Hillary..." at every little bump in the road, or you may have more ID cards to carry than your wallet will hold.

Regards,

John :-)
