Outlook for 2000

"Management feels that the company's substantial losses are now behind it and that the future is promising," Mr. Rosenberg said. "Based on our current costs and revenues, we believe that we can be profitable in fiscal 2000. Our first quarter looks favorable since we have started two major projects, one in February and one in March. The first project entails converting a series of large Department of Defense legacy systems to newer platforms, many of which will also become web enabled. For the second project, IAI is setting up and will operate a worldwide support and services organization for iGate Incorporated, a broadband networking company which owns patents and products that facilitate the transmission of 2-way video, audio and high speed data services using existing copper wire. In addition, we are continuing to perform web-based applications development for several government agencies.
