My opinion is that the SPs weren't going to push this service until all the ducks were lined up; therefore, the phone production "problem" was a bit of a smoke screen to avoid saying that the system wasn't ready. -Lastly, I would like to keep an eye on how quickly ERICY gets the ACES phones together. It won't really tell us much except to see their performance for PSNRY relative to G*.
