Here's another piece of information that comes from the NASD Public Disclosure Program. This is what they responded with when I requested disclosure on Harry Ledbetter: Associated Person: LEDBETTER, HARRY LAUGHLIN CRD Number: 1933089 SUMMARY INFORMATION 2/06/96 CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY ACTION DATE: 2/6/96; CHAPTER NUMBER: 7; DISPOSITION TYPE: DISCHARGED; DISPOSITION DATE: 5/16/96; COURT NAME: NOT PROVIDED; COURT LOCATION: NOT PROVIDED; DOCKET/CASE NUMBER: 96-40577. lmf Given his location in the Dallas/Fort Worth area I believe this action would have been in the Northern Texas Bankruptcy Courts.
