I think that's also referred to as an "all or none" order (or at least that's the terminology I use with my broker). Very important for transactions involving options spreads (I use it for bull spreads). I would hesitate to do a trade like that any other way. I have found that sometimes it gets the deal done in situations where it would not likely get done as favorably.
