YSCO who knows, but the way it was trading early it was looking like a small float, but 2 hours in, it wasn't and that's what spurred me to call Weed and find out. It's a shell, 12MM O/S Float 9MM (as I suspected that Yahoo profile is way old), $4MM in debt, and they will file something in the next week or so which should show the above. As far as the yesclothing.com site that part does not make sense to me. I was told on the phone "not related", but if so ???? Weed supposedly controls the shell, Weed also registered the domain name...something does not fit here.
